Another case in point--Joey had her out and about this morning since I had a doctor's appointment and a ladies luncheon to attend. Frequently these days, Savannah is pointing at anything and everything, asking "Dhis? Dhis? Dhis?" and will repeat her question until you tell her what "This" is that she is pointing at. Today, Joey said she got out of the car and bent over to touch the ground. "Dhis?" To which his reply was, "Ground." She looked confused, so he clarified that it was, "Asphalt." To which Savannah quickly replies, "OK," and then continues to repeat the word daddy just said during their entire trip to the grocery store....only....she only repeats the first syllable of any word she hears=) Hahahahahahaha! So you do the math and figure out what explicative she was repeating over and over again throughout the grocery store, all the while pointing to the ground=)

Too funny....
Oh, that is hilarious! It reminds me of a story of one of my friends when her daughter was about 2 y/o. My friend said, "Crap!" and her daughter repeated it over and over again. "Cwap, cwap, cwap, cwap, cwap..." She soon even used it in proper context (out of frustration).
